Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a dynamic team in Los Altos, California. The HR Manager will be instrumental in leading strategic HR initiatives and shaping citywide policies, fostering an environment that prioritizes employee well-being and development. Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a closely related field.
Experience: At least five (5) years of progressively responsible HR experience, including two (2) years in management capacity. Public sector experience and background in competency-based HR practices is strongly preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is highly desirable.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The HR Manager position offers a competitive pay range of $81.5 to $99 per hour, reflecting the supervisory nature of the role and the value placed on experienced leadership.
